Carolyn and Mark bought this property over 25 years ago, then came back from South Dakota and got married right here (no building back then!). They sailed away and dreamed of coming back and did! They could not keep away, and on their recent return they decided to build a small typical Caye Caulker cottage right here on the beach. Although newly built this home reflects all the fine design ideas of a beach home that the good folks of Caye Caulker taught them over the intervening years. Hardwod floors, supremely well ventilated, charming beyond compare.

NOTES

• Minimum booking is 5 days.
• We prefer that you don't smoke in the house.
• Cancellation Policy. As a guarantee of arrival I require a credit card number. You can cancel up to 21 days prior to arrival. If you have not cancelled and are unable to come I will charge 30% of the full booking amount.
• Payment is made by credit card (visa or mastercard), cash, (US or BZ), Travelers Checks with ID, on arrival.
