This is a different kind of place altogether!   There are two self contained apartments which are in the village on Front Street (see map).   I started to build it October and finished in May 2003.   This was my first venture like this and I hope you like it.   I wanted a laid-back place that people could come to and not have to worry about check in times and opening hours.   You are your own boss here.   Just pop upstairs with questions or help with anything!   I would imagine that you would be happy to make coffee in the morning, perhaps some fruit and toast.   Otherwise the kitchen would be used for take-outs and reheating the 'doggy bag'!  With the ocean just across the street, we are seldom without a cooling breeze to accompany your own blended cocktails! Now with the new swimming pool (Nov 07 - see pics) you have all the amenities of a resort whilst still having the laid back - anything goes - type accommodations.

I have decided to offer a few more modern conveniences like air-conditioning, cable TV.   I hope the pictures give you a better idea.   I have a strange, eclectic taste in furniture and decorating, so take a good look at the pictures!   Each unit features:-

• Just south of Water Taxi pier in the 'quieter' part of the village

• All linens are included (good idea to bring beach towels though!)

Monthly rates available upon request.

All rates are not inclusive of 9% Government Hotel Tax.

NOTES

• I am unable to take bookings for less than 3 days.
• We prefer that you don't smoke in the bedrooms.
• Cancellation Policy. As a guarantee of arrival I require a credit card number. You can cancel up to 14 days prior to arrival. If you have not cancelled and are unable to come I will charge 30% of the full booking amount.
• Payment is made by credit card (visa or mastercard), cash, (US or BZ), Travelers Checks with ID, on arrival.

Caye Caulker Rentals is located on Front Street, one block south of the water taxi!
