WHAT IT COSTS

Monthly rates available upon request.

All rates are not inclusive of 9% Government Hotel Tax.

* Please note that Beachside Cabin rates increase as of Nov. 1, 2010

High Season - $105.US per night for 1-2 people
Low Season - $90.US per night for 1-2 people
Weekly - $690.US per week for 1-2 people

NOTES

• Minimum booking is 5 days.
• We prefer that you don't smoke in the house.
• Cancellation Policy. As a guarantee of arrival I require a credit card number. You can cancel up to 14 days prior to arrival. If you have not cancelled and are unable to come I will charge 30% of the full booking amount.
• Payment is made by credit card (visa or mastercard), cash, (US or BZ), Travelers Checks with ID, on arrival.

Caye Caulker Rentals - Check in 1 block North of the water taxi terminal on the beach. Look for our sign.
