As you can see, there are five seperate cabins together on these two sites, which is just behind Front St facing the soccer field, where it is nice and quiet with the open soccer field in front of you, just across from the lovely Iguana Reef Inn. Chibby and Linday are local Caye Caulker folk who split their time between here and Belize City. Linday is the one responsible for all the great little personal touches (you can see Chibby's eyebrows rising with every new 'touch').

Two of the cabins are hotel type rooms, with a fully tiled bathroom with hot shower, bedroom with sitting area and fridge and coffee maker.

One of the cabins (the middle one) is larger and has a kitchen/living area and a seperate bedroom, with fully tiled bathroom with hot shower. There is a full kitchen with all that you may need to produce a pina colada, full dinner or a bacon sandwich! The bathrooms are hard to photograph so there is only one pic - but they are all similar!!

The other two cabanas are just to the south of the Soccer Field and are joined by one set of steps and a breezway with hammock. These two do not offer Air-conditioning, but everything else! This one is perfect for family groups and more budget minded people. You can rent one half or the whole thing.

Monthly rates available upon request.

For Cabin 4 & 5, Children under 10 are not charged, but no more than 3 persons in each Cabin.

All rates are not inclusive of 9% Government Hotel Tax.

NOTES

• I am unable to take bookings for less than 3 nights.
• We prefer that you don't smoke in the bedrooms.
• Cancellation Policy. As a guarantee of arrival I require a credit card number. You can cancel up to 14 days prior to arrival. If you have not cancelled and are unable to come I will charge 30% of the full booking amount.
• Payment is made by credit card (visa or mastercard), cash, (US or BZ), Travelers Checks with ID, on arrival.
