Newly built after an horrific fire on the property in Sept 2004, this house is truly a gem. After 4 years of running the rental homes, it was time to build my own! As you will see in the photographs, this house is unique in design. It uses the Mexican or Spanish 'hacienda' style of living with the common verandah being the gateway to the rooms. A large airy kitchen and living area splits off to the first bathroom and the larger of the bedrooms. The veranda gains access to the other two bedrooms and bathroom. All have queen size beds. It was designed like this so that one bedroom or all three could be rented with enough space for all. Your privacy is guaranteed as the other rooms will not be rented out if you are not using them. Now with the added benefit of a swimming pool with an over-flowing jacuzzi style end - ensures your privacy whilst you bath in luxury! Strictly for guests of Casita Carinosa and Amanda's Place.

On the flat portion of the roof is what I am calling the 'hammock garden'! It has a shady area with hammocks underneath to spot the sun coming up or setting in the evening.

All rates are not inclusive of 9% Government Hotel Tax.

NOTES

• I am unable to take bookings for less than 5 days.
• I prefer that you don't smoke in the bedrooms.
• Cancellation Policy. As a guarantee of arrival I require a credit card number. You can cancel up to 14 days prior to arrival. If you have not cancelled and are unable to come I will charge 30% of the full booking amount.
• Payment is made by credit card (visa or mastercard), cash, (US or BZ), Travelers Checks with ID, on arrival.
