Twenty five years ago this cute cabana was a bar in the village. It was floated on barrels down the caye to its current location. The couple who own it have been here for almost as long. They converted it into a home for windsurfing, kayaking, fly-fishing and yoga. At 30 feet from the waters edge, it is a bird watchers paradise. It has a private pier for swimming or fishing and a sail barn in the yard for windsurfing gear.

While the upgrades have made it much more comfortable it retains the flavor of an authentic Belizean wood frame home. Its furnishings and trim are made from local hardwoods, and its kitchen and bathroom, with tiled shower, contain all of the modern conveninces. As you relax on the veranda, overlooking the sea, the visiting iguanas, and the wading birds and osprey are always available for entertainment. Each morning you can watch the sunrise over the reef from your comfy bed. The constant sea breeze and the quiet and peacful location all make this tranquil home a unique island treasure. All rates are not inclusive of 9% Government Hotel Tax.

NOTES

• I am unable to take bookings for less than 5 days.
• We prefer that you don't smoke in the house.
• Owners feel that this house is inappropriate for children.
• Cancellation Policy. As a guarantee of arrival I require a credit card number. You can cancel up to 14 days prior to arrival. If you have not cancelled and are unable to come I will charge 30% of the full booking amount.
• Payment is made by credit card (visa or mastercard), cash, (US or BZ), Travelers Checks with ID, on arrival.

Caye Caulker Rentals is located on Front Street, one block south of the water taxi!
