This house is owned by some people from Atlanta, Georgia!   Hence the silly name!   They regularly come to visit and hope to retire here in a few years time.   This is one of the few houses in the village - close to restaurants and the 'action'!   This family home features:

• 3 bedrooms with double beds
• 2 Bathrooms, with hot showers
• Fully Equipped Kitchen
• Large Living and Dining Area
• Verandah to watch the Island go by!
• Telephone (for use with BTL Phone Card)
• Cable TV (3 TV's)
• Stereo radio, cassette and CD player
• Fans in all Rooms
• In the village, therefore close proximity to all local amenities
• Air-conditioning in bedrooms
• Good Security
• Large yard to put up that Badminton Net or play some volleyball!
• BBQ in garden
• Outside Shower for rinsing off after a swim or diving
• All linens are included (good idea to bring beach towels though!)
• Ideal for groups and families

All rates are not inclusive of 9% Government Hotel Tax.

NOTES

• I am unable to take bookings for less than 5 days
• We prefer that you don't smoke in the bedrooms
• Cancellation Policy. As a guarantee of arrival I require a credit card number. You can cancel up to 14 days prior to arrival. If you have not cancelled and are unable to come I will charge 30% of the full booking amount.
• Payment is made by credit card (visa or mastercard), cash, (US or BZ), Travelers Checks with ID, on arrival.
