This house is owned by a guy from Kansas. Like Casa Verde and Sunrise Beach this house was built over a period of years. He regularly comes to live here for a few months a year, and is hoping to build a small guesthouse on the property this year sometime - GO SLOW is the Caye Caulker motto!. With decks all around and a stunning garden designed to attract birds, this house features stained glass windows and is ideal for a couple. The house boasts:

I am unable to take bookings for less than 5 days
We prefer that you don't smoke in the bedrooms
Cancellation Policy. As a guarantee of arrival I require a credit card number. You can cancel up to 14 days prior to arrival. If you have not cancelled and are unable to come I will charge 30% of the full booking amount.
Payment is made by credit card (visa or mastercard), cash, (US or BZ), Travelers Checks with ID, on arrival.
