These houses were built by a guy from Kansas and is now owned by a good friend of his who lives here. Like Casa Verde and Sunrise Beach this house was built over a period of years. Before he sold the property, he also built a small guesthouse on the property which really adds to the attractiveness of this rental. Both houses have decks facing the windward side of the island set in a stunning garden designed to attract birds, the house features stained glass windows and the combination is ideal for a couples and families. The buildings are far enough away from each other that if rented individually, then you would not be bothered by the 'neighbour'.
The houses boast:
- 1 bedroom in each house with queen bed and double in the cabin
- A/C in both bedrooms
- Fully Equipped Kitchens
- Living and Dining Areas
- Sofa Bed in house (queen)
- Cable TV in the house
- Stereo Cassette Player in the cabin
- 2 Verandahs facing the windward side of the island
- Fans in all Rooms (floor fan in bedroom)

- All linens are included (good idea to bring beach towels though!)

NOTES
- Minimum booking is 4 days.
- We prefer that you don't smoke in the bedrooms.
- Cancellation Policy. As a guarantee of arrival I require a credit card number. You can cancel up to 14 days prior to arrival. If you have not cancelled and are unable to come I will charge 30% of the full booking amount.
- Payment is made by credit card (visa or mastercard), cash, (US or BZ), Travelers Checks with ID, on arrival.
