The LAZY IGUANA BED and BREAKFAST (Where the elite eat and sleep in bare feet!), is more than a hotel! The Lazy Iguana B&B is a charming and exclusive private resort surrounded by lush tropical gardens. Our unique B&B is nestled in a quiet part of Caye Caulker and provides a 360-degree view of the beautiful island and the Caribbean Sea.

Our unique octagonal building provides all rooms with a green view of our lush tropical surrounding. Located on the second floor, the accommodations consists of four guest rooms that are immaculately clean with all the amenities of home.

• Air conditioning & ceiling fans. (The ceiling fans and screened windows are nice for those cool breezy nights.)
• The Coco Plum and Coconut Palm rooms have both a single and a queen-sized bed.
• Pamper your hair, we use rain water exclusively!
• The common room has TV, DVD player and a refrigerator.
• We provide free bottled water, wireless internet, and bicycles.
• The garden room is a quaint reading and lounging room, with a great view of the garden and birds.
• The roof top Palapa Deck offers an awesome 360-degree view of the Island and the Caribbean Sea

• Spa massages are available on site.
• Our roof top Palapa Deck is wonderful and peaceful place for Yoga!
• Adventure trips can be arranged from the Lazy Iguana where you travel inland and return here for a serene sunset in the hammocks.

WHAT IT COSTS

The room with two beds is $15 (special rate) more per night for 3 people.

All rates are not inclusive of 9% Government Hotel Tax.

NOTES

• Rates subject to change.
• Only the first night is charged to hold a reservation and it is not refundable. If cancelled within 30 days of the reservation, the full amount will be charged.
• Cancellations 31-45 days before the reservation will be charged 50% of reservation. Full refund, (less first night deposit) if cancelled 46 or more days before reservation.
