     Welcome to our beautiful home. This house has seen many changes over the last 20 years, from a simple wooden house, to what it is now. Special features start at the 3rd floor with a brand new master bedroom & bathroom overlooking a panoramic view of the island & sea. The master bedroom offers a queen bed & is open to a wrap-around balcony looking down onto the 2nd floor living room & kitchen. Five French doors open up to the breeze & a huge deck.

The 2nd floor boasts a new kitchen with island stove/oven & seating. The flooring throughout is beautiful local hardwoods and are recently varnished to a furniture shine. This floor has 2 bedrooms with double beds, one slightly larger than the other as it was once the main bedroom. There is also a 3/4 bath with new marble tiled shower & marble countered sink. A large wrap-around deck with outside staircases makes this the center of the house and perfect for relaxation or entertaining. The ground floor is a separate efficiency apartment for our/your caretaker.
