This house and Beachside Cottage are on the same piece of property. The owner lives in a third house on the property while he winters here. A keen sailor and fisherman you may see him buzzing about on his boat, hopefully bringing back the catch! When asked what his favorite feature of the houses are, he said "Watching the sun and moon rises over the reef".

His home features:

• 2 bedrooms with 1 queen in the A/C’d room and a double bed in the upstairs room.
• Fully Equipped Kitchen
• Large Living and Dining Area
• 2 Verandahs with ocean views
• A/C in one bedroom
• Cable TV
• Telephone (for use with BTL Phone Card)
• Fans in all Rooms
• Peace and Quiet this south location on the ocean
• Bathroom with hot water
• All linens are included (good idea to bring beach towels though!)
• Ideal for families

NOTES

• Minimum booking is 5 days.
• We prefer that you don't smoke in the bedrooms.
• Cancellation Policy. As a guarantee of arrival I require a credit card number. You can cancel up to 21 days prior to arrival. If you have not cancelled and are unable to come I will charge 30% of the full booking amount.
• Payment is made by credit card (visa or mastercard), cash, (US or BZ), Travelers Checks with ID, on arrival.
