This large, bright locally built house is owned by a lady from the Yukon!  This is her escape from the wilds of Canada to rest in the balmy climate of Belize.  A windsurf crazy, she built this house 6 years ago.  It nestles in the central south part of the caye, next to neighbours such as Hummingbird Hideaway, and Casa Verde.  This noticeably pink house has real charm and is surrounded by a gorgeous, large, flowering garden.  As shown on the map, these houses are still only a 2 min walk to the sea! It features:

• Queen Size Bed
• House is fully screened
• Kitchen with Coffee Maker, Fridge, Toaster, double gas burner
• Cable TV
• Sofa - sitting area with hammock and cozy chairs
• Rooftop and west facing verandah
• Fans in living room, kitchen and bedroom
• Bathroom with hot water shower
• All linens are included (good idea to bring beach towels though!)

All rates are not inclusive of 9% Government Hotel Tax.

NOTES

• I am unable to take bookings for less than 5 days.
• We prefer that you don't smoke in the house.
• Cancellation Policy. As a guarantee of arrival I require a credit card number. You can cancel up to 14 days prior to arrival. If you have not cancelled and are unable to come I will charge 30% of the full booking amount.
• Payment is made by credit card (visa or mastercard), cash, (US or BZ), Travelers Checks with ID, on arrival.
