VIEW VILLA ALMENDRA POLICIES
Minimum booking is 5 nights. We will book the house for a 4 night stay, however, there will be an additional end stay cleaning and laundry cost, in addition to the nightly rate.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Caye Caulker Rentals requires (21) days notice of cancellation prior to arrival date. If we have not received notice or you have not arrived for your reservation, a 30% cancellation fee will be charged to your credit card (required to secure reservation), based on the total amount of the reservation.
Payment of Rental Fee can be made in US or Belize cash or by credit card. Please note a 5% fee will be charged on all credit card payment.s
We prefer that you smoke on outside decks whenever possible and not at all in the bedrooms.
This lovely is a well maintained, 3 bedroom home located in the residential neighbourhood south of the village. Constructed by the American owner & his sons, it was built to North American standards and nicely finished. The house has much to offer groups of family or friends. A master bedroom with ensuite, secondary bedroom with queen bed and the third featuring 2 twins, along with a second bathroom, offers an assorted dynamic that will accommodate a varied party of guests.
The large, open kitchen/dining/living room allows for a living style that will appeal to most and the quiet location offers privacy and solitude for after hours relaxing. A large deck to the west will attract the sunbather with a book or a group of friends just relaxing with a cold drink. For those of you with children, a large, open loft, with ladder is available for the kids to have their own space to get away from the adults for a bit.
