VIEW VILLA GEMMA POLICIES
Minimum booking is 5 nights. We will book the house for a 4 night stay, however, there will be an additional end stay cleaning and laundry cost, in addition to the nightly rate.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Caye Caulker Rentals requires (21) days notice of cancellation prior to arrival date. If we have not received notice or you have not arrived for your reservation, a 30% cancellation fee will be charged to your credit card (required to secure reservation), based on the total amount of the reservation.
Payment of Rental Fee can be made in US or Belize cash or by credit card. Please note a 5% fee will be charged on all credit card payment.s
We prefer that you smoke on outside decks whenever possible and not at all in the bedrooms.
Villa Gemma is nestled in a lush and private garden in one of the most peaceful and prettiest areas of the island, only minutes to the airport and steps to the Caye Caulker Reserve and plentiful beaches.
Villa Gemma boasts exotic Belizean wood throughout, two levels of living space with an open floor plan and numerous windows to allow for a constant island breeze and plenty of sunshine. Relax on the breezy second floor deck with a cold drink, overlooking a lush garden full of iguana and the many birds of Belize catching the fragrance of local Belizean flora and fauna.
Villa Gemma is beautifully and thoughtfully appointed throughout with a full kitchen, hammocks, colourful bedding and blankets and plenty of fans throughout, all in keeping with the exotic island feel that is Caye Caulker. The top floor features a queen size bed (hand-made from local Belizean hardwoods) and a double futon that pulls out to sleep two. The ground floor features a locally handcrafted breakfast bar and dining area for up to six people as well as a second futon couch, that pulls out to sleep two.
A nature lovers paradise getaway, only a10 minute bike ride or a 20 minute walk from 'town', Villa Gemma is truly a gem!
