Another dream come true for these owners. Jo has owned this property since the early 90's and lost the original house in a hurricane. David has been visiting Caye Caulker for years and then decided that he really wanted a home to come to instead of somebody else's. They got together on this project. With a large family, making a home for everyone means a large house! Recently married here too, David worked hard alongside his two sons who pretty much built everything! Built on posts to make the most of the island breezes, it is designed for easy living in airy living spaces with private bedrooms and two beautiful bathrooms. Decks to the front and rear make sitting out in shady places always possible.

The vast living and kitchen area boasts beautiful local hardwoods that are recently varnished to a furniture shine. The cozy sitting area has a comfortable sofa and chairs and a TV. There is a massive dining table for eating, playing and drinking! There are 2 bedrooms with twin and queen beds, each have access to the bathroom. Annexed to this is the master suite with a queen bed where there is also a kitchenette with it's own bathroom, private porch and lockable doors from the outside and inside. Inside and up the steps you come to a large loft area, perfect for the kids to get away from under your feet and lots of space with banisters for safety and a large fan.

All rates are not inclusive of 9% Government Hotel Tax.

NOTES

• Minimum booking is 5 days.
• We prefer that you don't smoke in the bedrooms.
• Cancellation Policy. As a guarantee of arrival I require a credit card number. You can cancel up to 14 days prior to arrival. If you have not cancelled and are unable to come I will charge 30% of the full booking amount.
• Payment is made by credit card (visa or mastercard), cash, (US or BZ), Travelers Checks with ID, on arrival.
