Belizean born, his family emmigrated to the America when he was young. His dream, for as long as he can remember, was to return to the Cayes and build his own island home. This property has been in the family for generations and, at last, he was in a position to fulfil his ambitions.

Beautifully built made from local hard wood was designed by himself. Recently finished to a very high standard, this home really is a wonderful addition to the Caye. Boasting sea views, airconditioning, Mexican tile floors, tiled bathroom and the fabulous ability to sit on the eastern porch and watch the sun rise or the western porch and watch it set. Right on Front Street for easy access to everything.

All rates are not inclusive of 9% Government Hotel Tax.

NOTES

• I am unable to take bookings for less than 5 days
• There is no smoking in the house.
• Cancellation Policy. As a guarantee of arrival I require a credit card number. You can cancel up to 14 days prior to arrival. If you have not cancelled and are unable to come I will charge 30% of the full booking amount.
• Payment is made by credit card (visa or mastercard), cash, (US or BZ), Travelers Checks with ID, on arrival.

Caye Caulker Rentals is located on Front Street, one block south of the water taxi!
