HOUSE RULES

1. Please do not smoke in the unit. We would appreciate if you smoke outside for the benefit of next tenant.

2. ALL BELIZEAN SEWAGE SYSTEMS ARE DELICATE. Our system accepts normal use, however do not flush feminine products or excessive tissue.

3. Please ensure you close the front gate after entering and exiting.

4. When going out, lock doors and close windows to avoid water damage in case of heavy rain, which could happen very suddenly.

5. Always lock the bikes ON and OFF the property.

6. Take note of the location of the fire extinguisher in your unit.

7. All water is metered. Please be mindful of this.

8. Turn off all fans, A/C units and lights inside before living. Use them when necessary, not just because……It takes

only a few minutes to cool the unit.

9. To avoid bugs – keep food items tightly sealed in zip-lock bags and containers or fridge and remove garbage from
your unit for the night.

10.The house will provide you with a first 5 gallon of drinking water. After that, you can get one in near by store
and arrange a delivery with them. Tap water on the Island is safe to drink too.

11. Keep your towels fresh by hanging outside to dry.

12. Lost keys may require lock change with a charge of: Charge for lost bike is $150 USD, Charge for lost unit key is $ 50 USD, Charge for lost bike lock key is $10 USD

13. There is a safe provided in your unit for personal possessions.

15. No modifications to the property is allowed. Moving furniture around are absolutely not allowed
without prior approval.
