Popeyes Beach Condos has 22 lovely units, which are owned and maintained by multiple owners.  It is located in the center of the village, just a couple minutes walk south of the water taxis right on the beach, close to the Island activities yet quite at night. Condo #18, a cozy studio condo with a queen bed plus a murphy double bed, sleeps one to four people, tastefully furnished, newly remodeled in November 2021! Also featuring a full size refrigerator and dinning table to enjoy your meals. Just steps away from the beach and Caribbean Sea. Featuring a small kitchen with built in counter top, pots and pans, cold A/c with shared pool. Caye Caulker is a popular destination for scuba divers, snorkelers, anglers, and tourists who just want beach-oriented relaxation at budget prices. Although in the past it was a sleepy fishing community, this fun-loving island is today known more for its diving, fishing, and snorkeling.

There is a restaurant onsite that offers you room service as well as a pier!

My stay was amazing at Kirk’s condo on the island. Great location right in the center, beach front. Very clean, the staff was very friendly. I enjoyed the Belizean breakfast next door as well. I will definitely recommend Kirk’s condo if your planning to visit caye caulker. I will be back very soon one night was definitely not enough. Thanks Kirk and staff.

This place has a great location, close to both ends of the island and just feet away from the ferry. Easy to walk everywhere! We didn’t get to enjoy the pool as we had a busy schedule but it looked great as a fresh spot in hot hot days (which most of them are). Plus you’re looking right at the ocean. The staff is super attentive and so is the host, even though he’s not there, communication was great.

This place is small, but it has air and the location is very nice. The bed was comfortable. The staff was very helpful and even stored our bags for the afternoon after we checked out.

We loved staying at Kirk’s place in Coconut Beach! It was so wonderful to have a place to call home for several days where we could make our own food, warm up leftovers, and relax when we needed to. We stayed as a family of four and felt we had plenty of space to co-exist with one another. The bed and pillow were very comfortable, and all of the linens, towels etc were very soft and cozy. We had all of the dishes and utensils needed to cut up salsas, fruit, and snacks. The unit was very clean and the staff taking care of Coconut Beach could not have been more accommodating. They changed our garbage, brought us an extra blanket when we asked, and kept the walkways and common areas spotless. Upon check-in we were welcomed very warmly and given a tour and felt very safe and able to ask for help if needed. Before we arrived Kirk had sent a few check-in messages with really helpful information and tips for enjoying our time. We had very good directions and felt very prepared for our arrival on Caye Caulker. I was very appreciative of the communication with Kirk while we were there. He was very informative, helpful, and responsive.
The location of the condo is incredible. We arrived via the Ocean Ferry Belize water taxi and our condo was a very short walk (essentially next door) from the ferry landing. Beautiful ocean views and a private pier with a covered picnic area, swings, diving platform, floating inner tubes, and easy access to the incredible ocean water where we could swim with tropical fish of all sorts. We were almost always the only people out there! From Coconut Beach we could walk everywhere we needed and took our time to explore the . We are so grateful for our time there! We hope to return soon!

Kirk was very responsive and went above and beyond to provide information that made our stay so easy and an absolute blast. After visiting other places on the island we were so glad we chose Coconut Beach – very convenient location and great condo staff that, along with Kirk, made everything seamless.
