Popeyes Beach Condos has 22 lovely units, which are owned and maintained by multiple owners.  It is located in the center of the village, just a couple minutes walk south of the water taxis right on the beach, close to the Island activities yet quiet at night. Condo #2 & #3 identical and cozy studios, with 1 Queen Beds and a double futon in each unit, private bathrooms, smart TVs, Acs, an in-safe and kitchenette. Suitable for friends and couples. Take pleasure in lounging in the pool, easy access to the beach (right across the street) or kick back to watch a movie and chill in the cool air-con. Take a stroll and dip your tippy toes into the sand or soak up the sun to get the perfect tan lounging on the dock while enjoying the cool sea breeze.

There is a restaurant on the opposite side of the unit that offers you room service as well as a pier!

Cancellation Policy: (Please Read Carefully) 1. If a reservation is Canceled 14 days before the arrival date, the deposit will be refunded in full -less 10% administration Fee. 2. If a Reservation is canceled 7 days before the arrival date, you will NOT be refunded. 3. If a reservation is canceled less than 7 days before the arrival date, you will be charged for the entire booking. 4. No refunds for no shows 5. Any party wishing to check out earlier than specified in the booking will be charged for the entire booking. 6. In the event of a hurricane, Guests will be given a full refund to permit them to travel safely.
